Monday we went over to see what progress they had made. The washer and dryer has been moved...both closets have been completed and the wall between the apartment and Annette's house is up and finished off. Looking good!!!!

The reception held at the 3 Flames was very nice.
Must have been 500 people there!!!!

about Ted Kennedy, not a hero...
We are upset that Ted Kennedy was allowed to be buried at Arlington Cemetery.
He favored abortion (even as a Catholic), and he murdered a young girl long ago.

Why then should such a man be honored by being buried in the place of heroes???
where US infantrymen guard the cemetery, the Tomb of the Unknowns,
where the remains of the fallen US servicemen from the great wars of the 20th century lie at rest. ....
and then ......Kennedy's grave is accompanied by an Eternal Flame.!!!!
He does not deserve this honor!!!!!!
Before his death he worked tirelessly pushing government driven health care.
It’s entirely possible that what Kennedy’s death will really do is bring into stark relief the fact that under Obamacare, this overweight 77 year-old man with liking for the drink would probably have faced treatment rationing and an offer for “physician aid-in-dying”. Kennedy’s death will emphasize yet again that our elected “public servants” enjoy one of the best health insurance plans in the world, while they are trying to force something much less comprehensive (and life-affirming) onto their constituents.

Organization day....
Today is the day Cheim and company fulfill their monthly pledge to do something special around the house for Grandma.
They are supposed to work doing special things for me and today was the work room...getting started.
Well we got a late start because we went to an estate sale. We found nothing.....then stopped to pick up breakfast. But when we did get started we "smoked"!!! Robert fixed the pull up bar on the hideabed and then helped Dad trim the trees...with the help of Martin and Julie. Elizabeth with the help of Marie stormed thru the work room and removed 2 big black bags of "giveaway" stuff. The counter is clear!!!
Little by little things are shaping up.

a trick
cheat sheet below:
courtesy of John
The trick:
there are 25 different numbers on the chart
there are 5 numbers of each color.
There are 5 different colors
1,2,3,4,5 = red
6,7,8,9,10 = orange
11,12,13,14,15 = yellow
16,17,18,19,20 = green
21,22,23,24,25 = blue
Once you pick a color, there are only 5 numbers it could be.
They then put one number of each color into 5 different houses.
For example, the first house contains number = 1 (red), 6 (orange), 11 (yellow), 16 (green), 21 (blue)
Lets say you pick number 21 which is blue. Because there is only one blue number in each house, if you pick the first house, they know your number had to be 21. Does that make sense?
the other stuff (pick a second color, pick a crystal ball) is just to distract you.
