In November of 1968 Dad and I visited the same pyramid..
we were on a 12 day vacation....

In spite of the heat we still "dressed up"...I wore long stockings and skirts and blouses or cotton dresses. Dad sometimes even wore a tie!!!! However around Acapulco we wore shorts and bathing suits.
I had the starburst pin on this day...our first day in Mexico City.
Had the same outfit on later MINUS the pin...the cleaning ladies
had swiped it and my girdle!!!! Read my blog...
