Before the appraiser came I went around taking pictures
this is the 3rd time the same guy has done this
Very nice guy....said he was going to use the photo he took in 2009 of the old pool...
said it would be easier for the bank to understand what we doing.
He felt sure the appraisal would be what it was before or more.
Whew.
