hooray.....

We're moving tomorrow!!!!!

We are so happy!!!!!

Look at the space and lawns (they are going to give us a sprinkler)

Our trailer will be where the orange cone is.

our daily life here.....

This is what the pool looks like every day at 2 p.m. when we go swimming.

Later on about 2 or 3 adults and a couple of kids show up.

I didn't take this picture, but this little water fall is very near where we are parked.

We were very disappointed, yesterday...we thought we were going to be able to

move to a sewer hookup, but the spot we wanted is to be kept for rental.

We found out that Tom, the guy in the spot next to us... (right in our face)...who was

such a nice guy we hated to hurt his feelings and ask him to move down a little like

the other people do......well anyway he was a seasonal worker and moved away.

So enough of this whining about moving and Thank God we are able to be here at this beautiful spot

a cooler day...

our clean site....haven't been watering our "lawn" as some folks do.....then they have a lush spot!!!!

While we were gone for the 3 weeks someone swiped our table..and we even had our name on it!!!!!

and this is the new table.

Just got back from a cool and refreshing dip in the pool and here was Mary...bless her heart...delivering the electrical connection to my computer. She and Q tip stayed only a few minutes. I really appreciate her taking the trouble to come all this way. Also thank you Michael for packing the car so well.

I got the vhs recorder working, Mary...the t.v. had to be on a special setting that I found by accident.

It is so nice here...calm and quiet now that school has started. But I enjoyed the campers having so much fun. They will keep the pool open and heated into October, long as the good weather lasts. The guys check the pool every 3 hours...it is always squeaky clean!!!

We really love our little nest.

freebies.....

Early this morning Mary put the two old exercize bikes plus a few other things out at the curb.

I made 2 signs and Dad and I took them down and put them on the lamp posts on Meridian.

Within 2 hours or less EVERYTHING was gone!!!

Bless their hearts they even removed the signs for us.

The block sale on Bob's street wasn't exactly a success because the woman who organized the sale didn't put signs pointing down Bob's side of Golf Drive, consequently they missed all the business.

another anniversary celebration...

The Cheim family brought dinner over....chicken marsalla and rice, salad, rolls and burnt almond cake and ice cream. Delicious with plenty of leftovers.
